Check out Limitation
- Due to Shopify check out limitation, some customers from some countries are not able to check out. However, if you are not able to check out, please email us at services@anxiety-gangsta.info and we are happy to assist you with manual check out and payment process.
- Due some technical issues within the Shopify app, customers will have to add shipping manually. Apologies for the inconvenience
Shipping Areas
We ship to many countries in the world including Europe, Americas, Asia and Africa.
Delivery time (Physical products)
- We use flat rate shipping based on continents and regions
- Delivery estimated time is 2 weeks. We are working on reducing the delivery time to 1 week, starting end June 2025.
- All orders will be processed will be shipped from our offshore office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The production cost in Malaysia is relatively lower without compromising the product quality so that we can make our products affordable for many customers. All our T-Shirt are high quality light weight cotton with DTF printing.
- If you receive your order more than 2 weeks, we will give you a discount voucher that you could use in your next order ❤️ (provided with relevant proof).
VAT, Import Tax, Custom Tax and Tariff
Any applicable VAT, Import Tax, Custom Tax and Tariff should be paid and cleared by the customer. The reason is because we don't want to overcharge our customers by including estimated tax rate and we don't charge tax on all items on our online store.
